This kit ONLY works with the AR DRONE 2.0. THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE ORIGINAL AR DRONE.

- You can go from an out-of-the-box range of 150 feet (WiFi), up to 150-250 meters with this radio.
- You can use Fight Recorder and some other applications to watch real-time video while using the RC controller.
- Total modification takes 10 minutes; You will need to cut a small amount of foam for the indoor and or outdoor hulls. Tape the receiver / interface to the drone, route the wire though the drone and plug it in. Last step is to tape the receiver's antenna down.
- It takes a couple of minutes to get used to it, but once you do you will never look back. If you do have an " i " device (iphone/ipod/ipad) and an AR Drone App you can connect to the drone at the same time and watch/record the video while you fly using the RC Controller. You can hand this to most kids and within a minute or two they are flying like a pro.
- Visual Low Battery Alert, the threshold is set at 15% of battery capacity. Once reached the drone will start to blink all motor LEDs red, to tell you it is time to land.
